CHANGE OR CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

ENVÉ and carriers being separate and independent entities, we can not be responsible for any delay in delivery due to the shipment company.. Delivery problems In case of finding by the buyer of a burglary or damage to the package, it has a period of three days to notify the seller.
