If there is a problem with the processing of your order, we will send an e-mail to inform you and to request more details if need be.
Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending upon the type of service you selected when ordering and according to the delivery zone. Please see our Delivery section for more information. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays in receiving any order due to customs delays or payment operations.
In case you do not receive your shipment, you have 30 days after the shipping date to contact us. Beyond this 30-day period, we cannot guarantee reimbursement.
The client is responsible for non-delivery due to insufficient identification upon attempted delivery.
The package will be delivered according to the method of delivery chosen by the client and will be turned over to the recipient once the delivery form is signed (depending upon delivery method), at the address indicated when ordering.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the outside of the package is in good condition and to note any visible damage to the package on the delivery form.

RETURNS You have 14 days from the day you received your order.
Please contact our customer service by mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. At this time, the client can decide between a refund and a credit in special cases.
The items must be returned in perfect condition and complete (accessories, instructions, warren…) accompanied by the receipt and a note with the client’s contact information and whether they wish a refund or a credit, to the following address:

Return shipping is paid for by the client unless the product received is not what was ordered or if it has manufacturing defects.
Any customs fees relating to shipping from a foreign country are also the client’s responsibility. We highly recommend returns via UPS/DHL or Fedex. The client can also choose their transporter. For more information on returns, please see our Terms of Sale.
